SNP Strategies, Inc., leverages a consortium of social impact strategists to achieve transformational results for clients and communities.

Big Firm Expertise;
Small Firm Commitment

The SNP consortium approach empowers SNP to deliver the level of expertise found in large firms. All consortium members are already established in their fields. Members of SNP teams often include expert fundraisers; Ph.D. researchers, data specialists; creative professionals; business model strategists; creative professionals and professional writers.

We have the time and commitment to go above and beyond. We are your full partner. Your success is our success.

We know organizations
– Inside and Out

All SNP team members have personal experience in operating a non-profit organization and are active board members/volunteers. We know organizations from the inside out, enabling us to provide the critical outside perspective needed to make and implement bold plans. We bring skill, creativity and strategy to our partnerships.

SNP TEAMS
SNP creates unique teams tailored to each project.

The SNP team’s strength lies in its ability to offer the same level of expertise as large firms using a consortium model. This is due to the established experience of all consortium members in their respective fields. SNP teams typically consist of experts with established experience in their respective fields. Areas of expertise range from facilitation, research, data analysis, leadership development, fundraising, creative development, business strategy, and professional writing.

The SNP team designed and implemented a compelling strategy to determine the outcomes of one of our signature programs. Their high touch approach to their work was very much welcomed. They were very responsive to the evolving nature of the work, excellent at project management and customized their approach to our information needs and the context of our grantees. The final product was precisely what our team was looking for. We anticipate a range of uses with multiple audiences. We highly recommend working with SNP!
