Background
SNP worked with the MacArthur Foundation to conduct a full evaluation of the Arts and Culture Loan Fund that it developed in 2010.

Through research with grantees and partners, SNP explored the following key questions:

1. How did the organizations that received loans use the funds?
2. Did the program achieve the intended goal and objectives (e.g., improve short-term cash flow, strengthen financial management practices, increase access to commercial capital)?
3. Is the program meeting the needs of the arts organizations that it was intended to meet?
